School Schedule

School Hours:

Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm-10:00pm

Every Other Saturday 3:00pm-4:30pm

Class schedule:

Children 6 and under = Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:15

Children/Youth 6 and up = Tuesday/Thursday 7:15-8:30

Adult/Advanced 8:30-10:00 = Tuesday/Thursday

Saturday = all students

The Academy of Martial arts offers the curriculum of many styles of martial arts (mixed martial arts).

Shaolin Kung Fu	Animal Styles: Praying Mantis, Tiger, White Crane, Dragon, Monkey
Small Circle JuJitsu (Nihon-ryu Jujitsu)	sport jujitsu, grappling, throws
Okinawan kobudo	Weapons: Bo Staff, Nunchaku, Sai, Tonfa, Cane, Escrima
Pressure Point System	points, meridians, yin/yang theory, healing and destroying
